HIV can only be transmitted by mucous membrane i.d. unprotected sexual contact oral or vaginal. It can however also by very direct blood contact like if you share a needle with someone infected with HIV.
It is also possible for babies to get infected with HIV when breast feeding. But this ONLY concerns babies because their immune system is very small.

No. The only way to get AIDS is to have intimate contact with a person who has AIDS. It doesn't live outside the body long. If it bothers you so much, try not to use anything that person has.
