as long as you're not over doing it it's fine, don't make your eyes look like a raccoon or anything, you want it to look subtle

no,it isn't,but it depends on what color you use,for mascara and eyeliner it is better to use black,and your lip gloss should have a natural color,no dark red or to sparky

What do you need make up for? You are 14, maybe some lip BALM so your lips dont crackle up but common, the fact that you already ask this question means you're insecure about it yourself...
I am 14 too. I where mascara,eyeliner,and foundation, but only when it is a special occasion...the makeup you are wearing is not too much but try to look as natural as you can.
I hope that you aren't asking this question to rival your mother or father. If they doesn't want you to wear makeup, then you should just respect their wishes. You will only live with them for a few more years.
nope its just fine im planning to do all that nxt year im 12 so nxt year im gonna do all that stuff untill now i wear lipgloss and light blush with some mescerra and eyeliner i love it that way!!


i think if you wear foundation and some blush that would make u prettier trust me saw my sis do it!!
it is totally fine. perfect makeup for 14 year old. when u turn 15 start powder for even look and concealer to hide under eye dark circles. and ofcourse eyeshadow

no not really, unless you are doing the wrong thing with it. You should wear makeup to suit you,not some boy, or in some cases, some girl. Just remember to respect yourself when wearing makeup.

all you need is lipgloss, even the lipgloss with the colored tint to it is fine. You are 14, try to look 14. You have plenty enough time when you get a little older to play dress up.
No im 13 fixing to turn 14 in november and i wear masacra,eyeliner and lipgloss and noones ever said anything to me. All my friends wear the same stuff. So were like one big group
I'd drop the eyeliner, but therest sounds fine. Stick to brown though for the mascara, and clear or light colored gloss. Natural is in!
No, I started wearing mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, sometimes bronzer since I was 12 or 13
I hate that look of heavy black eyeliner, it looks way too seductive and mysterious on a girl your age. But if you keep it light and use a color or brown eyeliner, I think it would be nice. A little green or navy, or even maroon eyeliner will make your eyes pop and will be really fresh looking if you don't overdo with shadow. You can't get away with funky colors like that when you are older so have fun with them.





Go easy on the mascara too. Even though goth is still in for some kids, you don't want to look like a raccoon or a zombie. Keep those eyes bright and fresh looking. You have plenty of time to look sexy later in life.





Other products that are really natural looking:





Chapstick or other lip balm...Bonne Bell Lip Smackers are fun.





Bronzer for that all over tan. I use bronzer as an allover face color.





All over face color for eyes, lips, cheeks, it is usually a cream that goes anywhere.





Tinted moisturizer instead of foundation.





For scent, you should stick to the smell of your deodorant, hair products, and shower gels and lotions, not to mention the way your clothes smell. If you do use fragrances, stick to youthful ones: Clinique Happy, Love's Baby Soft, and body sprays such as from Bath and Body Works, and perhaps the ones marketed for younger women like Mary Kate and Ashley, etc. Stay away from the heavy perfumes, classic grown women's scents like Chanel and Poison, Opium, Shalimar, and musks...all too sexy for you right now.





Might I add, too, that this all should be with the consent and approval of your parents? You wouldn't be trying to get popular opinion to use in a discussion with them? This is a battle to set aside with your parents. There are plenty of other things to worry about...chores, friends, grades, curfew, after school activities, and keeping your siblings out of your hair.

Depends on how you put it on. If you make it look nice and only accent your natural beauty, then it's fine. If you make yourself look like a clown and just hide your actually beauty, then it's too much.
im 13 and i just wear eyeliner. plain and simple. just dont overdo it

Almost all girls where the where I'm from and some go even further. And no, I don't live in a urban area, but those girls that go too far with makeup sure think it is.
