Chapstick,Lip Gloss. Their flavors are YUMMY and its pretty cheap, you can get a pack for 3 or 4 $ USD they are at walgreens and target and wal mart is good too. Karma lip gloss is also good. Go to claires also in malls and such they have great lip gloss and chapstick, but just for 1 its about 3$ to 4$
Good old vaseline is a cheap choice. You can usually get it at Rite-Aid or Walmart for under a dollar. That might not be the tastiest choice, but it's probably the cheapest.
My favorite lip gloss is from The Body Shop, and it's less than $4.00. It's the yummiest lip gloss that I've ever found. Strawberry is really good.
